IiS Project Management Aids
|
|
This download contains both the Work Area and Executive Summary add-ons described below.
IiS Work Area Add-on
This add-on creates a pseudo-outcome at the beginning of the engine which can be used to attach copies of general documentation when it is initially being gathered, to give it a simple place for common reference, e.g. prior to attaching it to specific outcomes where it is relevant. (The same document may be attached to multiple outcomes without duplication.)
IiS Executive Summary Add-on
This add-on creates a pseudo-outcome at the beginning of the engine which can be used to write an executive summary about the results of a self-assessment (or external assessment) exercise. This type of capability is particularly useful with a printed version of all Outcomes/Guidance/Results (generated from the ''Reporting'' section) for reporting and review purposes. |
